📦 Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Custom or personalized orders (including custom sleepwear or bridal robes) are final sale and not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

🔄 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, where stock is available.

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you'd like to request an exchange.

💌 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Email us at support@funanyaluxe.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

2️⃣ Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

3️⃣ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, so we can make it right!

⏳ Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
